Finance Bookkeeper

Job Title: Finance Bookkeeper Salary: 16,500 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 3:00pm Location: Birmingham Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial transactions of our organisation. This role is well-suited to someone who is highly organised, confident with numbers, and able to work accurately and independently within a supportive team. Experience with QuickBooks is highly advantageous for this position. Key Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and receipts
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Support month-end and year-end processes

RequirementsEssential:

• Experience as a Finance Bookkeeper or a Credit control position (Minimum 1 years experience in the UK)
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Full right to work status

Highly Advantageous

• Experience using QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
• Familiarity with cloud-based accounting systems
