We’re hiring a Remedy Consultant to join a dynamic technology team focused on transforming customer platforms and experiences. If you have a passion for improving business processes through smart ITSM solutions and want to work in a collaborative, innovative environment — this role is for you.

About the Role

As a Remedy Consultant, you'll play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of applications within the BMC Remedy ITSM suite. You’ll work alongside talented technology and automation professionals, delivering customised solutions that enhance service delivery and streamline operations for our clients.

This is a hybrid role, blending office-based, client-site, and remote working (note: 100% remote work is not possible).

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, developing, and customising BMC Remedy applications including workflows, forms, active links, and filters.
• Configuring and supporting ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management.
• Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, and optimising performance and scalability.
• Maintaining clear technical documentation and user guides.
• Collaborating across teams to integrate Remedy with other enterprise systems.
• Supporting upgrades, enhancements, and ongoing development of the Remedy platform.

What We’re Looking For

• BMC Remedy ITSM certification and proven experience in Remedy application development.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in cloud-based Remedy deployments.
• Strong scripting and programming skills (e.g., JavaScript).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Security Clearance Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must be eligible for Security Check (SC) clearance, which requires:

• Continuous residency in the UK for the past 5 years.
• A clean criminal record and compliance with nationality and immigration criteria.
