Now, we’re looking for a visionary leader to take our global services and installations to the next level. This is a newly created, high-impact role with a transformational mandate. As Director of Global Services & Installations, you’ll design and lead a unified global services function - bringing together decentralised teams, standardising operations, and unlocking new revenue streams through service innovation. What You'll Do

• Strategic Leadership: Define and implement a global services strategy aligned with A-SAFE’s growth ambitions.
• Operational Excellence: Lead installation and customer support operations across all regions, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Service Innovation: Develop and commercialise new service offerings - from racking inspections to lifecycle support.
• Financial Ownership: Own the P&L for global services, driving profitability and cost optimisation.
• Team Building: Build and lead a high-performing international team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Governance & Compliance: Ensure global compliance with health, safety, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver integrated customer solutions.

What You'll Bring

• A proven track record in global service operations, field installations, or industrial service leadership.
• Experience transforming service functions at scale, with full P&L accountability.
• Strong commercial acumen and a background in industrial B2B environments (e.g., logistics, construction, capital equipment).
• Deep knowledge of service operating models, installation execution, and subcontractor management.
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and change leadership.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across global, matrixed environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
• Are commutable to our HQ in Elland on a weekly basis
