We currently have an opening for a Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team. THE ROLEAccounts Payable Assistant (15 months fixed-term) – Aberdeen or Glasgow Based within the internal finance department of AAB, the key duties of the roles are:

• Processing a high volume of invoices & staff expenses for a number of AAB companies
• Ensuring that invoices are coded correctly & authorised in line with company procedure
• Admin & processing of corporate credit card statements
• Allocating payments to invoices & assisting with supplier payment runs
• Dealing with supplier & staff queries in a timely manner

Experience And Skill Set Required For The Role

• Experience in a high volume environment is essential
• Proficient in data entry and good attention to detail
• Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
• Proficient in the use of IT & Financial systems
• Experience of Business Central / Dynamics and Lightyear is advantageous.
