Sessional Football Coach

Role Description This is an on-site role in Aberdeen for a Sessional Football Coach with Aberdeen FC Community Trust. The Sessional Football Coach will design and deliver high-quality football coaching sessions for a variety of age groups and skill levels. The role involves organizing training programs, fostering teamwork, and promoting participation in football. Coaches will ensure the delivery of an engaging, inclusive, and safe environment that aligns with AFCCT's mission. Qualifications

• Proficiency in Football Coaching, Coaching, and Football development
• Strong Communication skills to build relationships and effectively engage with participants
• Experience in conducting Training sessions tailored to different audiences
• Positive attitude and ability to create an inclusive and motivational atmosphere
• Relevant coaching certifications or qualifications are highly desirable
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and an understanding of health and safety measures
• Basic first aid training and sports-related qualifications are advantageous
