- Assist with processing invoices and payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and documentation for internal use.
- Handle general administrative tasks within the accounting and finance department.
- Respond to queries from stakeholders in a professional and helpful manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.
Profile A Successful Accounts Admin Should Have
- A solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and external stakeholders.
- Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector would be advantageous.
