🔍 The RoleAs a 360 Consultant at Accelero, you’ll:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — client development to placement
• Build and grow long-term relationships with clients and candidates
• Win new business and develop existing accounts
• Work in a high-performance, supportive environment where standards matter
• Have the autonomy to do things properly — no micromanagement, no nonsense

👤 What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years’ experience as an agency recruiter in a 360 role
• Proven ability to bill and build relationships
• Confident on the phone. Comfortable with business development
• Driven, accountable, and growth-minded
• Someone who wants to be part of a journey — not just their next job
