Operations Manager

ACJ Search are supporting a major FMCG manufacturer based in the East Midlands who are actively seeking an Operations Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

We are looking for someone to provide leadership and drive performance excellence, building a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. You will be a champion for change in all aspects of the manufacturing operation to drive world class manufacturing processes.

We are keen to speak with people with the following skills and experience:

• A background in high volume FMCG manufacturing
• Experience of using lean tools and techniques to deliver sustained improvements
• Capable people leader, able to coach and motivate for high performance
• Ability to turn vision into strategic plans

This is a leadership role with responsibility for a team of 16 with potential for further growth.
