We help them with the big stuff, for the moments that matter: Pensions, Savings, Investments. At Aegon, we strive in creating a diverse organisation that plays a meaningful role in driving greater equity, inclusion and belonging. We’re looking for a Platform Dealing Administrator to join our Finance team in Edinburgh. In this key role, you’ll dive into the core of platform operations — from dealing processes and technology to tax wrappers and regulatory frameworks. • Liaise with Fund Managers, Stockbrokers and third parties to resolve process exceptions
  • Recommend and help implement new processes, procedures and technology improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Stay informed on platform updates and regulatory changes

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Good understanding of the Financial Services industry
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive and professional client experience
  • Experience in handling complex customer queries and issues, with a strong track record of driving them through to effective resolution.
  • Experience consistently following established procedures and compliance standards to ensure accuracy and mitigate risk.
  • Excellent administrative skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and stakeholders

  • A discretionary bonus, depending on personal and company performance
  • 34 days leave per year (including bank holidays, pro-rated for part-time)

We also offer private medical cover, life assurance, critical illness cover, enhanced parental leave and a variety of lifestyle benefits to help our employees live their best lives, including retail discount vouchers, cycle2work scheme, subsidised restaurant and online GP appointments.
