Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Manager based in our Caerphilly office. The Senior Property Manager will manage a portfolio of properties, supervise maintenance and repairs, liaise with landlords and tenants, and ensure all properties comply with relevant regulations. Responsibilities also include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, preparing tenancy agreements, handling property inspections, addressing tenant inquiries, and overseeing rent collection processes. The role involves maintaining accurate and organized property records and reporting on portfolio performance as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in property management, property maintenance coordination, and regulatory compliance
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Knowledge of property market trends and leasing laws
- Proficiency in using property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to lead a team and manage resources effectively
- Previous experience in property or real estate management roles
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in property management i.e. Rent Smart Wales qualified and licensed is required. Further qualifications such as Propertymark desirable.
