Vice President Finance

💷 Salary: £140,000 – £160,000 + Bonus (up to 30%)

📍 Location: Greater London

👥 Team: 10 FTE

We’re seeking a proven senior finance leader to join a multi-site, international hospitality organisation backed by private equity and poised for significant expansion. This is a high-impact role acting as the clear No.2 to the CFO, combining strategic leadership with strong financial control across a complex, multi-jurisdictional operation.

• Acting as deputy to the CFO, leading the day-to-day global finance function
• Owning group consolidation, reporting, and financial control across multiple entities
• Overseeing statutory reporting, audit, tax, and governance frameworks
• Partnering with operational teams to drive performance, margins, and cash flow
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across the portfolio
• Delivering board and investor reporting within a private equity environment
• Developing and mentoring a high-performing HQ finance team
• Driving systems, process improvement, and scalable finance infrastructure

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Senior finance leadership experience in a multi-site, international hospitality business (must have)
• Large team management experience
• Strong technical expertise in reporting, consolidation, and internal controls
• Comfortable operating in a high scale private equity-backed, growth-focused environment
• ACA / ACCA / CPA qualified (or equivalent)
• Commercially minded, hands-on, and able to balance strategy with execution
