About the Position

• We’re hiring a DevOps Engineer to help build the platform behind the company’s API, AI, and product teams. You’ll work across Kubernetes, Azure, CI/CD, and automation, improving infrastructure, deployments, and reliability. This suits someone who learns fast, understands distributed systems, thinks commercially, and prefers automated solutions over manual work.

Key Responsibilities as a DevOps Engineer:Cloud & Infrastructure

• Manage and scale Azure Kubernetes (AKS)
• Build infrastructure using Terraform
• Improve cloud architecture for performance and cost
• Support containers, networking, and storage

Deployment & Automation

• Maintain CI/CD pipelines (ArgoCD or similar)
• Add automated tests and security checks to pipelines
• Deliver blue/green, canary, and rolling deployments

Monitoring & Reliability

• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting
• Support incident response and post-incident reviews
• Optimise system and resource performance

Security

• Manage secrets and access control
• Run vulnerability scanning and remediation

Essential Skills

• DevOps/platform experience in production
• Strong Kubernetes knowledge
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform)
• Azure cloud experience
• GitOps/CI/CD experience
• Scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Monitoring/observability (Prometheus, Grafana)
• Strong troubleshooting ability
