Trainee Recruitment Consultant - US Market

This role is to work on the US market within our Advanced Engineering or Renewable Energy Team, the working hours for this role are 12:00AM - 9:00PM.

What will I be doing?

• Making business development calls to prospective and existing clients to win projects to work on
• Headhunting candidates to place onto your clients' projects
• Building and maintaining relationships
• Writing job adverts, building your personal brand and creating social media content to attract top talent
• Working the full recruitment lifecycle from qualification calls, booking in interviews and delivering offers
• Meeting your clients face-to-face on a regular basis, with current employees travelling to USA, Portugal, Sweden & Denmark, etc. to meet their clients!
