Change Project Manager

Anderson Knight is partnering with a client to appoint an experienced Interim Business Change / Project Management specialist to lead high-impact transformation initiatives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving business change across asset compliance, performance, and customer service

• Reviewing and improving processes to deliver more efficient, commercially effective outcomes

• Working closely with senior stakeholders to identify solutions and remove barriers

• Playing a key role in business development through strong relationship building

• Acting as a trusted voice within the leadership team

What we’re looking for:

• Extensive experience leading business change and delivering projects at a senior level

• Strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency

• Confident engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels

• Ability to translate complex challenges into practical, deliverable solutions

• Track and report on operational performance through effective use of data and key metrics

• Develop and implement robust technical oversight to ensure high-quality, fit-for-purpose assets are adopted and effectively managed

• Proactively identify risks and inefficiencies, implementing appropriate mitigation strategies

• Build and manage operational capability, including systems, resources, commercial arrangements, and technical standards

• Collaborate across the wider Group to ensure customer interests are considered throughout the asset lifecycle

• Lead, motivate, and develop teams to drive performance and delivery

• Clearly communicate objectives across the organisation, ensuring teams are capable and aligned with industry and group standards

• Ensure full compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, including timely and accurate reporting
