Role Description_We're looking for a marketing 'Rock Star'!_

Anitech Solutions Ltd is a dynamic IT services provider delivering innovative and unique AI technology solutions to businesses across multiple sectors. Alongside our core IT services, we are proud to offer tapybl, our flagship education-focused software product designed to enhance learning and engagement.

We are a growing company looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing Executive to take ownership of all marketing activity and play a key role in driving our next phase of growth.

Both Anitech and tapybl are on the cusp of something huge, and we're looking for the right person to help gather momentum on this exciting trajectory. This is a hands-on, all-encompassing marketing role suited to someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You will be responsible for generating sales leads through various channels, supporting sales, building brand awareness, and representing the company externally.

As part of our team, you will be exposed to and interacting with well-known media personalities and occasionally attending exclusive events or performing interviews on behalf of the company. We are looking for someone who knows how to represent the company positively in a public forum, remaining professional at all times. This role is about getting creative whilst fitting in to the culture, showcasing Anitech and tapybl at every opportunity as well as maintaining confidentiality following interactions with media personalities.

You’ll work closely with the sales team to attract, nurture, and convert leads, while also bringing creativity and energy to our marketing presence across multiple channels.

Responsibilities_Lead Generation & Sales Support_

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads / contracts
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activity with sales goals
  • Support lead nurturing and conversion through targeted campaigns
  • Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI

Digital Marketing & Content

  • Manage and grow social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube etc.)
  • Create engaging content including posts, blogs, and email campaigns
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Maintain and update website content

Brand & Creative

  • Develop marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and case studies
  • Produce light graphic design work (using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite)
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels

Events & Representation

  • Organise and attend exhibitions, events, and trade shows
  • Act as a brand ambassador and “face” of the company
  • Support event planning, promotion, and follow-up activity

Product Marketing (tapybl)

  • Support the promotion and positioning of the tapybl education software
  • Create targeted campaigns for education and CPD sector audiences
  • Work with internal stakeholders to communicate product value effectively

Requirements_About You:_We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business
  • Comfortable owning the full marketing function independently
  • Both analytical and creative in their approach
  • Confident communicating with internal teams and external audiences

Essential:

  • Experience in a marketing role (B2B preferred)
  • Proven ability to generate leads through marketing activity
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • Experience managing social media and digital campaigns
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

Desirable:

  • Experience in IT services or SaaS/education technology
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • Event or exhibition experience
