Are you loooking for your next HR challenge and speak Mnadarin or Cantonese ?About the Role We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources operations in London. This role will oversee the full HR lifecycle, ensuring compliance with UK employment law while supporting a diverse, cross-cultural workforce. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry experience-ideally in casino, gaming,Financial Services or hospitality-combined with bilingual fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and offboarding.

  • Ensure full compliance with UK employment law, regulatory requirements, and company HR policies.

  • Manage employee relations cases including complaints, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Prepare and present regular HR reports and insights for senior management.

  • Partner with department leaders to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance.

  • Support the design and delivery of training, talent development initiatives, and succession planning.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience; experience within casino, gaming,financial services or hospitality industries is strongly preferred.

  • In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and HR compliance frameworks.

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organization.

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with a professional and approachable style.
