A financial and professional services business is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to help shape how data and AI support commercial decision-making. Based in Belfast, this hands-on role combines stakeholder engagement, analytics and technical delivery, with the freedom to explore ideas and turn business challenges into practical solutions.

What you need
- Typically six or more years’ experience in business intelligence, data analytics, analytics consulting or a related discipline.
- Strong commercial awareness, with experience using data to understand revenue, margins, costs or operational performance.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including gathering requirements, constructively challenging assumptions and presenting ideas to senior audiences.
- Advanced hands-on Power BI experience, including DAX, Power Query, semantic models and management of reporting environments.
- Strong SQL skills and confidence investigating complex datasets independently.
- Practical experience building HTML dashboards or web-based analytical applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and relevant visualisation tools.
- Experience applying generative AI, Copilot, AI agents or automation to practical business problems.
- Experience managing or coordinating analysts, developers or cross-functional delivery teams, including prioritising work and reviewing quality.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms, ideally Microsoft Fabric, and an understanding of data quality, governance and security.
Experience within financial or professional services would be advantageous. Relevant backgrounds could include BI, data consulting or business analysis roles with substantial hands-on analytics and technical delivery responsibilities.
