💼 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Running a full 360 desk (BD + Delivery)
  • Building long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
  • Winning and managing retained / exclusive work
  • Developing your own niche within construction / engineering
  • Operating across UK and/or US markets
  • Contributing to a high-performance, collaborative culture

👤 What They’re Looking For

  • 2+ years recruitment experience (360 preferred)
  • Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, energy or technical markets
  • Strong business development ability
  • Commercial, credible, relationship-driven
  • High energy, resilient, and motivated to succeed
  • Someone who thrives in a performance culture without heavy micromanagement
