Your Tasks

As Regional Pharmacy Sales Manager you will be joining our Eucerin brand, which is dedicated to dermatological skincare, at an exciting time where you will have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in our future growth, focussed on enhancing Eucerin’s dermatological products across West Midlands pharmacies.

Relationship Management

  • This role will require you to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders in independent and group pharmacies to grow distribution and sales of Eucerin.

Planning & Sales Delivery

  • Develop your region and have a defined journey plan
  • Visits pharmacies to merchandise, sell-in NPD and promotions, and actively take product orders via a CRM system to drive sales.
  • Develops new business relationships with targeted accounts to drive further distribution of the Eucerin brand.
  • Collaborate with the Detailing Team to drive sales in and around Dermatology clinics.

Education & Training

  • Deliver instore skincare knowledge and consumer-oriented product/sales training to pharmacy staff.

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Produce monthly reports for all relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activity to develop and share insights that initiate further opportunities.

Point of Sale

  • Secures distribution, optimal shelving allocation and campaign execution to increase Eucerin distribution and maximise sales out opportunities.

External Collaboration

  • Collaborates with internal Supply Chain provider) on any logistical issues and facilitates resolution.

Your Profile

  • Experienced in field-based pharmacy/medical sales
  • Experience of managing a territory/region
  • Product detailing experience
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Can –do attitude and resilient
  • Flexible, and willingness to travel
  • You must hold a Driving Licence
