The Role
You’ll take ownership of mechanical design from concept through to delivery—working closely with clients and design teams while helping to shape how we deliver projects as a business.
You will:
· Lead mechanical design on a range of projects
· Develop innovative, sustainable engineering solutions
· Work directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams
· Oversee technical delivery, site inspections, and submittals
· Support commissioning and performance outcomes
· Mentor and develop junior engineers
About You
· 5+ years’ experience in building services consultancy
· Strong technical background in HVAC and building services design
· Experience delivering projects across key sectors
· Comfortable leading projects and engaging with clients
· Chartered, or working towards Chartership
