Project Manager - D2C eCommerceLeeds | Hybrid (1 -2 days monthly) | £40,000 - £50,000 + 15% annual bonus

My client is a rapidly scaling ecommerce business that achieved over 50% revenue growth last year and is continuing to invest in platform, operational and systems transformation following a major expansion phase.

They are seeking a Project Manager with experience of working in retail, or fast paced D2C businesses to support the delivery of cross-functional change initiatives across technology, ecommerce and operations. You will be a stand alone PM meaning you'll be expected to build this function from the ground up.The role

You'll bring structure, pace and governance across multiple concurrent initiatives and play a key part in their key transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver projects across technology, ecommerce and operational teams
• Maintain clear project documentation, plans and timelines
• Track risks, dependencies and milestones
• Coordinate stakeholders across functional and technical teams
• Support testing, rollout and change adoption

What they’re looking for

• Experience delivering technology or operational change projects
• Working within fast paced ecommerce environments
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable in fast-moving retail or ecommerce environments
• Exposure to transformation or scaling programmes
