Sales Assistant - Glasgow (Immediate start available) - Now welcoming recent graduates looking for full time equivalent availability!Hoping to find a role offering fantastic opportunities for progression, but don't have much experience?Looking to start your career with a dynamic and forward thinking team?

Our client is currently on the lookout for enthusiastic and bubbly Sales Assistants to join their busy office, due to increased client demand. With a strong start to the year, they are looking to continue their expansion and have had roles become available within their fun and lively team, in the sales and customer service sector. If you consider yourself to be a driven individual, with excellent communication skill and full time equivalent availability, and ready to progress within this fast-paced sales and customer service environment, then our client wants to hear from you!

Candidates must;

• Be great at working with customers
• Have the right to work in the UK without any restrictions (they are unable to take on international students)
• Be able to work well in a team
• Have strong English speaking skills as you will be speaking with customers face to face
• Be able to get to Glasgow city centre on a daily basis
• Have full time equivalent availability (Between Mon - Sat)
• Have an ambitious and driven personality, that would thrive in a fast paced environment

They offer coaching for all applicants and mentor them in all aspects of their clients and customers so a lack of experience won't hold you back. Full product training and sales coaching will be provided. Excellent commission (pay per acquisition) structure, at the beginning you could earn on average between £25k - £32k per annum! Our client offers a flexible schedule and financial bonus's and incentives to supplement earnings and reward hard work and hitting targets.

Even though no experience is needed for these roles people with the following experience tend to flourish in this self employed role: Sales, Retail Assistant, Customer Service, Labourer, Promotional Staff, Waiting Staff, Warehouse Assistant, Front of House, Hospitality, Marketing Assistants, Care Assistant, Shop Assistant, Call Centre, however all possessing high levels of Customer Service and excellent work ethic.

Our client welcomes those who have recently completed/graduated (School/College/University) looking for full time equivalent career opportunities, 5 days per week (Between Mon-Sat).
