We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Business Planning and Analysis Vice President to join our General Management/Business Operations team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Lead financial planning and analysis activities by leveraging expertise in business operations to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement robust business models and forecasting techniques to drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate business planning initiatives that align with BNY's strategic objectives.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reports to senior management to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and policy requirements by maintaining high standards of integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in business processes by identifying and implementing best practices and innovative solutions.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
