The Role As a Coating Technician, you’ll operate advanced spray-booth technology, programming CNC or robotic manipulation equipment to deliver high-quality coatings every time. You’ll take ownership of process control, component preparation, and quality checks. Your work will directly impact production performance, customer satisfaction, and the overall quality of finished components. Key EssentialsWho We’re Looking For

• Engineering background with the ability to understand engineering drawings and measurement techniques
• Experience operating semi-automatic equipment using pre-programmed routines
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• A team-focused, accurate, quality-driven approach
• A flexible, communicative, customer-focused mindset with initiative
