Brewers Lodge is an independent pub &restaurant with guest accommodation, we have a large beer garden & function suite and cater for all types of events and weddings.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and hardworking individual to join our vibrant team. Candidate must be able to work in a fast paced environment and have excellent customer service. Must be available to work weekends. Extra hours will be available during busier periods and to cover annual leave

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for Bar Staff at Brewers Lodge located in Blackwood. The Bar Staff will be responsible for serving food and beverages to customers, providing excellent customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The Bar Staff will work closely with team members to ensure a welcoming and efficient environment for patrons.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Skills in Food & Beverage service
• Experience with Cash Handling
• Experience in Training other staff members
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
