For nearly 30 years we have delivered structural and civil engineering design across Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and mainland Britain — from one-off private houses to a £56m post-primary campus, one of the largest education projects in Northern Ireland's history.We are looking for Civil & Structural Engineers to join our East Belfast team across a range of experience levels.The roleYou will work across BWM's full project portfolio — residential, education, commercial, high-rise, infrastructure, and refurbishment — taking designs from concept through to construction. Day-to-day you will produce structural and civil designs using AutoCAD, Revit, and Masterseries; prepare drawings, specifications, and reports; liaise with architects, contractors, and clients; and contribute to site inspections and construction oversight. BIM delivery via Revit is standard practice here.What we are looking for

• 2+ years of professional experience in civil or structural engineering
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and/or Masterseries
• Strong technical grounding in structural analysis and construction processes
• Clear communicator — comfortable working across multidisciplinary teams
• Organised, self-motivated, and able to manage competing deadlines
