Deeside Care Home in Aberdeen is a 68-bedded home providing exceptional Nursing, Residential, Dementia, and Respite care. Our home is known for its warm, supportive environment where both residents and staff feel valued and respected. We are now looking for caring, reliable, and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants. Whether you are experienced in care or completely new to the sector, if you have the right values and a passion for helping others, we will provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed. Above all, you will bring kindness, respect, and joy into the lives of our residents each day. What We’re Looking For

  • A genuine interest in caring for the elderly and delivering excellent service
  • Values of integrity, respect, kindness, and teamwork
