• This is a senior marketing appointment, reporting to the European VP. In a hands-on leadership role you will:
• Implement the EU strategy through UK focused campaigns
• Build an annual marketing plan, with focus on products, sales channels and end-users.
• Take ownership of the brand message in all marketing collateral
• Deliver marketing feedback to the European team to drive continual improvement
• Work with local sales teams to increase brand share and drive sell through
• Organise and implement trade and consumer events, PR and press opportunities
• Manage the local marketing budget, demonstrating a positive ROI
• Set clear goals for your team and coach improvement

Candidate Profile: Marketing Manager

• Located in the North East of England.
• Leadership and marketing experience from a high performing international business.
• Expertise in a product environment – working in-store and on-line with retailers and stockists.
• A proven ability to build and implement marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
