Head of Projects – Aberdeen

We are seeking a Head of Projects to lead our projects team in Aberdeen. This is a senior leadership role where you will own and deliver the business unit project plan, drive growth through a strong sales pipeline, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the safe delivery of projects, managing risk and compliance across all activities.
  • Develop and execute a robust project pipeline to exceed financial targets.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent for current and future growth.
  • Build strong client and supply chain relationships to secure major projects.
  • Oversee bids, tenders, and proposals, ensuring exceptional quality and compliance.
  • Drive innovation and identify new opportunities through emerging technologies.
  • Manage full P&L responsibility for the business unit.
  • Champion CBRE’s values and contribute to wider business strategy.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in delivering complex projects in M&E, FM, construction.
  • Experience managing P&L and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to negotiate at senior levels.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
  • Recognised technical or project management qualifications (APM, Prince2, SMSTS, NEBOSH desirable).
