Proactive Sales Support Executive

Our Newport sales and technical office is a hub of collaboration, where we support clients across the UK and work closely with our external sales team to drive success.

About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Proactive Sales Support Executive to join our team. You’ll play a key role in supporting external sales managers, keeping our sales process on track, and ensuring customers receive the best possible service. This role is offered on a full-time basis, but part-time applications will also be considered.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Track projects, chase quotes, and update the CRM system
  • Book meetings, site visits, and CPD presentations for the external sales team
  • Provide day-to-day admin support for sales managers
  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent service
  • Meet call, appointment, and booking targets to support regional sales goals
  • Log all customer interactions and correspondence in the CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Proactive, motivated, and able to work independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • A customer-focused mindset

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per year (depending on experience)
