What you’ll be doing

You’ll take ownership of leasing performance across the portfolio, driving occupancy, revenue, and customer experience.
- Deliver leasing strategies and lead lease-up activity to achieve occupancy and income targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to optimise pricing and positioning
- Oversee the full customer journey, ensuring a seamless, high-quality resident experience
- Build and manage relationships with agents, partners, and key stakeholders
- You’ll use data and insight to continuously improve performance and retention:
- Track pipeline, conversion, and key KPIs to drive results
- Support pricing strategy, revenue optimisation, and forecasting
- Use customer feedback and service metrics to improve satisfaction and loyalty
- You’ll ensure everything runs compliantly and efficiently:
- Oversee lettings processes including referencing, right-to-rent, and tenancy documentation
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulations and ensure full compliance
- You’ll also play a key role in leadership and collaboration:
- Lead, coach, and develop on-site lettings teams across the portfolio
- Partner with marketing to deliver effective, demand-driving campaigns
- Produce clear reports and insights, presenting performance and recommendations to clients
What you need to succeed
- Proven experience in Build to Rent, residential lettings, or property operations.
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation, compliance, and operational risk management.
- Demonstrated success in lease‑up delivery, revenue performance, and data‑driven decision‑making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Customer‑focused approach with the ability to handle complex situations professionally.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and drive consistent portfolio performance.
