Talent Acquisition Coordinator (6 month Fixed-Term Contract)

We are Centrick. Founded in 2005, we are a group of businesses dedicated to all things of residential property, with a national presence. Not only do we provide building & estate management services for developments of all sizes, but we also cover all aspects of Land, New Homes, Investments & Asset Management, and servicing overseas clients. What’s more, we even have a separate team focused exclusively on providing soft services such as cleaning, caretaking, and maintenance to residential and commercial sites.

Our HQ is based in Birmingham city centre, which houses many of our front-line teams as well as our support functions including marketing, finance and people. Every day we set out to achieve our vision: to make customers’ lives better, the Centrick way.

So, who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and adaptable Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our People Team on a fixed-term contract. This role will be instrumental in supporting the Talent Acquisition Lead and ensuring the smooth running of our recruitment operations.

This is an ideal role for someone with exceptional administrative skills, a natural flair for organisation and coordination, and an interest in people and processes. You’ll be the engine behind our recruitment activity — ensuring interviews are scheduled efficiently, candidate data is accurately recorded, and communications run smoothly between the TA team, candidates and hiring managers.

You’ll support multiple stakeholders across the business, so clear communication and the ability to manage competing priorities is essential. You’ll also play a key role in helping us maintain a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

If you enjoy a structured, fast-paced environment and have a passion for supporting recruitment processes that make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.

And what will you be doing?

No two days are the same, but the below gives you a flavour for some of the tasks you’d typically be involved with. Even if you can’t tick everything off from the list below but think you’ve got what it takes, we’d be keen for you to apply:

  • Coordinate interview scheduling between hiring managers and candidates, providing seamless diary support and ensuring all parties are well-informed
  • Post and manage job adverts across various platforms, reviewing and progressing applications within our ATS (Talos)
  • Conduct CV searches using Boolean methods on recruitment databases (e.g. Reed, TotalJobs), presenting suitable candidates to the TA Lead
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate recruitment activity trackers in Excel, producing clear reports for the TA Lead and senior stakeholders
  • Monitor the careers inbox daily, responding to queries promptly and professionally, flagging any key trends or issues to the TA Lead
  • Manage candidate communications throughout the hiring journey, ensuring a smooth, timely and personable experience
  • Support the onboarding process, from issuing offer paperwork to ensuring right-to-work documentation is correctly collated and filed
  • Provide administrative support to the TA Lead on recruitment projects such as advert audits, campaign planning, and high-volume scheduling coordination
  • Work closely with internal systems and support the Talent lead in driving consistency and efficiency across all recruitment operations
  • Assist with the preparation of interview materials and scoring templates, ensuring all documentation is aligned with Centrick’s process and values
  • Responsibility for recruitment administration

What’s in it for you?

We’ve fostered a values driven, inclusive environment for our people so that they enjoy coming to work every day. Not only will you have access to all of the below rewards & benefits but you’ll enjoy access to Centrick Academy, our learning platform, as well as having the opportunity to undertake industry qualifications and further your professional development.

  • Holiday - 25 days (Pro Rata) plus bank holidays
  • Enhanced pension scheme
  • Celebrate your Birthday with an extra day off
  • Socials
  • Investing in your Skills
  • Perkbox
  • One volunteering day for charity

At Centrick inclusivity and diversity aren't just words to us—they're the core of who we are! We’re all about building a team that celebrates every background and story, so our hiring process is all about welcoming people from all walks of life. We want every candidate to feel valued, respected and supported every step of the way.
