Due to their expansion plans in the UK, they now seek a talented Customer Projects Lead, based South East, to support and oversee the project management of the post sale technology installation as well as lead the UK Project Management team.
Reporting to the UK Managing Director, the Customer Projects Lead plays a key role in ensuring effective service implementation and delivery, driving high customer satisfaction and enabling add‑on sales.
Responsible for coordinating and enabling Customer Project Managers, while continuously improving team performance through shared best practices.
In addition, the Customer Projects Lead will support market entry and sales processes through strong service expertise. This includes active participation in sales meetings, project planning sessions, and service demonstrations for potential customers.
The Customer Projects Lead is responsible for:
- Ensuring successful end‑to‑end implementation of our client’s services for UK customers
- Overseeing project execution quality, timelines, and outcomes to achieve high customer satisfaction
- Acting as an escalation point for complex customer project issues when needed
- Coordinating, supporting, and enable Customer Project Managers across the UK
- Ensuring consistent ways of working, prioritization, and workload balance within the team
- Supporting capability development and performance of Customer Project Managers through guidance and coaching
- Supporting alignment between local execution and global standards
Candidate experience and capabilities required:
- Proven track record in project management
- Clinical background essential (eg. Nurse, Clinical Specialist, Paramedic etc)
- Proven track record in home healthcare or domiciliary care
- Proven track record in dealing with Nurses, Care Managers and/or Care Assistants and understanding the working environment
- Customer support / member services background preferable
- Knowledge and understanding of technology enabled care is an advantage
- Experience in people management
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proactive, well organised and confident working within a sales setting (upselling and the sale of ‘add ons’ will be required)
- Persuasive enough to lead the customer and indirectly manage a successful project implementation in the care organisations
