Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Specialist. The successful candidate will manage trade partner relationships, identify new business opportunities, and meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include providing training and support to trade partners, maintaining high levels of customer service, promoting Climar’s products, and ensuring the delivery of excellent post-sales support. The role requires proactive communication with trade partners and internal teams while driving continuous sales growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to meet and exceed targets.
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service capabilities to build lasting client relationships.
  • Experience in Training and supporting trade partners or clients is highly beneficial.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in the building materials or fencing industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
