We are seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead our production operations and ensure every product leaving our facility meets the highest standards of artistry and technical perfection.

The Role

As Manufacturing Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our minting and finishing processes, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and exceptional quality. You’ll manage a talented team of technicians and craftsmen, coordinate production schedules, and work closely with design, quality assurance, and logistics teams to deliver world-class collector pieces on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the production team to achieve operational excellence.
• Oversee the full manufacturing process from metal preparation to striking, finishing, and packaging.
• Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams on new product introductions and process enhancements.
• Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization within the minting facility.

About You

• Proven experience in a manufacturing management or production leadership role, ideally within precision engineering, minting, or fine metals.
• Strong understanding of quality control, process improvement, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development.
• A passion for craftsmanship, detail, and delivering products of exceptional quality.
• Degree or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.
