Company Description

Complete Co-packing Services Ltd specializes in contract packing, warehousing, and distribution services. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive co-packing solution, emphasizing strong partnerships to meet the unique needs of our clients and their brands.

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Hours: Office-based, 8am–4pm, Abercynon, South Wales

Role Description

This role offers the chance to develop new skills, gain wider operational experience, and play a key part in supporting the efficiency and growth of our production function. Working closely with the Operations Manager and Customer Account Managers, you will be responsible for preparing detailed production plans across the site, balancing customer requirements with available resources, including crew, equipment, and rooms.

A good understanding of production processes, equipment, and production flow will be valuable, along with an interest in coordinating people and resources to deliver the best results for our customers.

Alongside production planning, the role will include an administrative and hands-on element in supporting training coordination, helping to ensure our teams have the right skills in place to meet production needs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (tables, formulas, data analysis).
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Planning abilities.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams.
  • Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making to address production challenges.
  • Open to learning and adapting to new planning systems/software.
  • Previous experience in production coordination or a related role is beneficial.
  • Relevant training or qualifications in production or operations will be an advantage.
