Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Area Sales Manager to cover London and the South East region. In this remote role, the Area Sales Manager will develop and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Other responsibilities include providing expert advice on humidity control solutions, managing sales activities, delivering presentations, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. Regular travel within the assigned region will be required to support customer engagement and business growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Extensive understanding of HVAC systems or industrial solutions is a plus
  • Proficiency in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Experience with CRM tools and maintaining accurate sales records
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field is desired
