These projects are primarily located in Manchester city centre and the Greater Manchester region, offering the unique challenge of managing sensitive locations, Grade 1 & 2 listed buildings, and conservation areas.

With a pipeline bursting with exciting projects set to commence later in 2025 and beyond, they are poised for further growth.

The team, consisting of approximately 10-12 architects and designers, is eager to welcome a new design-focused architect, ideally with 2 or 3 years of post-qualification experience. This role offers the potential to advance to a senior level or further in a relatively short period.

Ideal candidates will have a background in the residential sector, with experience in medium/high-rise projects being particularly advantageous. However, those with a commercial-sector background are also encouraged to apply. Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, or Microstation software is preferred, though training can be provided if necessary.

The role offers a competitive salary of up to £43,000 per annum.
