Project Manager

Contract Scotland are working closely with a regional construction and fit-out company, based in Glasgow, to source an experienced Site Manager. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience managing refurbishment projects from £2m-£5m in value; healthcare or education experience would be a bonus! You will have a track record of delivering projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for (but not limited to): – Managing project resources, including budget, schedule, and personnel. – Identifying and mitigating project risks. – Managing project scope, schedule, and quality. – Developing and maintaining relationships with clients, project stakeholders and supply chain. – Providing leadership and direction to project teams while maintaining a strong safety culture. To Be Considered For This Role, You Will – Be degree qualified in a construction-related field or come from a trade background. – Have demonstratable management experience within the construction industry. – Have experience leading projects from inception to completion. – Be a driven and strategic individual who is confident and motivated in working collaboratively toward the success of a shared goal.
