The Opportunity This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager who wants meaningful responsibility, a stable workload, and the chance to work on projects thatdevelopsprofessionalcapability notjust routine delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Lead projects frominceptionto completion
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Prepare Employers Requirements
• Manage contract administration
• Chair and record project meetings
• Oversee Value Engineering workshops
• Conduct site inspections andmonitorprogress
• Complete final inspections and ensure quality standards

Essential Criteria

• Third-level qualification in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
• Minimum 5 years experience delivering construction projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project
• Eligibility to work in the UK

Desirable

• Experience or qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Estimating
