The Opportunity This role is suited to an experienced Project Manager who wants meaningful responsibility, a stable workload, and the chance to work on projects thatdevelopsprofessionalcapability notjust routine delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects frominceptionto completion
- Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Prepare Employers Requirements
- Manage contract administration
- Chair and record project meetings
- Oversee Value Engineering workshops
- Conduct site inspections andmonitorprogress
- Complete final inspections and ensure quality standards
Essential Criteria
- Third-level qualification in Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years experience delivering construction projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project
- Eligibility to work in the UK
Desirable
- Experience or qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Estimating
