Here’s what you’ll be doing in the first 12 months:

• Hands-on leadership of your CSM team
• Building relationships across an existing 250+ client base
• Working with the CEO and core leadership team
• Delivering a level of service that drives customer retention
• Developing, growing and nurturing your team

About you

• 2+ years sales experience in a lead CSM sales role
• Experience working in a SaaS or Security scale-up is highly desirable
• Excited to lead and inspire a collaborative CSM team
• Highly driven and motivated for fast-track career progression
• Visiting customers and in person with your team 3-4 days per month
• Based in UK North and comfortable working remotely.
