Head of Sales

If you are Senior inSales / BD with management experience and ready to step into or further yourself in management; here is a genuine great opportunity to work for a well established Renewable Energy manufacturer and distributor.

The client covers manufacturing and distribution of all Renewable technologies (Solar, Wind, BESS and Heat Pumps) across the UK and Europe; so any experience within those sectors, or even more so on the manufacturer and distribution side already, would be great.

The package?

• £75,000 - 80,000 base + company car or allowance + Great internal benefits
• Uncapped profit share (realistic 6 figure OTE)
• Future Equity available
• Hybrid work - HQ is in the Midlands where you will visit around 3 days a week

What you need?

• Commercial Sales / Business Development experience within either Solar, Wind or BESS and ideally experience on the distribution / manufacturer side with a proven track record.
• As a person? Someone ambitious that wants to build something great from an already strong foundation point.
• To live in the East Midlands or near - 3 days in office
