✨ We’re Hiring: Technical Manager – Food Manufacturing ✨

Are you passionate about food safety, quality, and compliance? We’re looking for an experienced Technical Manager to take the lead in ensuring best-in-class standards at our high-grade food manufacturing site in Aberdeen.

What you’ll be doing:

🔹 Lead all technical and food safety functions across the site

🔹 Manage and develop the Quality Management System (QMS)

🔹 Drive compliance with BRC, HACCP, and customer codes

🔹 Support audits, investigations, and continuous improvements

🔹 Mentor and develop QA and hygiene teams

What we’re looking for:

✅ Proven experience in food manufacturing technical management

✅ Strong knowledge of BRC, HACCP (Level 3 minimum), and food safety legislation

✅ Scientific/technical qualification (HND or degree preferred)

✅ High Care/High Risk experience and auditing skills
