Operations and Growth Manager

About Us DB Cleaning Services is a fast-growing domestic and commercial cleaning company serving Falkirk, Stirling, Linlithgow, Grangemouth, Bo’ness and surrounding areas. Due to continued growth, we are now hiring a Growth & Operations Manager to help expand our team, bring in more clients, and maintain excellent service quality. Role Summary The Growth & Operations Manager is responsible for generating new clients, recruiting new cleaners, delivering in-house training, completing client spot checks, and providing general operational support. You will play a key role in pushing the company forward and driving expansion. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Sales Generate new clients (domestic + commercial) Manage incoming enquiries and convert them to bookings Maintain relationships with customers Produce social media posts to attract new clients Build partnerships with estate agents, salons, offices and landlords Recruitment & Staffing Write job adverts and manage applicant flow Conduct interviews and vet applicants Handle onboarding, paperwork and induction Maintain cleaner rota and staff utilisation Training & Quality Control Deliver DB Cleaning’s training program Maintain training records and performance reviews Conduct client spot checks Manage feedback and resolve quality issues Operational Support Assist with scheduling in Connecteam Help implement new systems Track KPIs (client growth, retention, staff performance) Support the business owner in daily operations Required Skills & Experience Strong communication and organisational skills Experience in customer service, sales, recruitment or cleaning Able to work independently and meet performance targets IT-comfortable (scheduling systems, social media, basic admin)
