Location: London Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 Contract: Full-time, Monday-Friday

An established international property investment company is seeking an Accounts Payable Assistant to join their growing finance team. This role offers the perfect foundation for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals looking to build expertise in property finance whilst enjoying genuine career progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Processing purchase invoices and expense claims accurately and efficiently
  • Managing supplier payment runs and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries promptly
  • Supporting month-end procedures and accruals preparation
  • Maintaining accurate records in the finance system
  • Assisting with audit preparation and documentation
  • Supporting ad-hoc finance projects as required

Requirements

  • Graduate calibre or equivalent experience in finance/accounting
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Proficiency in Excel and willingness to learn new systems
  • Excellent communication skills for supplier liaison
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Interest in property sector advantageous but not essential
