Pay Rate: £31,606.35 Grade: O Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday-Thursday – 06:00-15:00, Friday 6am-11am Location: St Athan CF62 4WB Think you know DHL? Think again! We're now looking for a Team Leader to oversee warehouse operations within our Aston Martin contract in St Athan. This role is critical to maintaining high standards of performance, safety, and quality in a fast-paced, precision-driven environment. You will lead a team of operatives, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and in line with client expectations. ✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• basic warehousing
• picking and packing
• basic delegation of tasks
• running a small team with regular 1:1's
• customer liaison

✅this Role Would Suit People Who

• Have had experience in a management role
• Be able to deal effectively with customers
• Experience in a team based role
• MHE competency is a must
• Strong comminication skills
