Customer Service Rep

Pay Rate: £27,000.00 Grade: OContract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Monday to Friday 8am until 5pm Location: Milton Keynes (Coventry is the cost centre) Think you know DHL? Think again! • Work as an integral part of the Network Rail National Supply Chain
• Logging of all queries and issues received via the CSS system.
• Will aim to solve the query themselves or will pass onto the relevant team to process
• Queries range from delivery updates right through to product recalls
• manage both delivery of light NR material including expediting and ensuring orders are meeting Lead times.
• Proactively seek to identify root causes for issues and effect resolution.
• Maintain good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
• Perform additional admin tasks as directed by Help Desk Manager.
• Have thorough knowledge of Oracle, Outlook & associated databases, and Microsoft packages.
• Provide efficient and effective communication and feedback to Network Rail on issue resolution.

• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Previous Call Centre Experience
• Previous experience using Microsoft Office
• Excellent Communication skills
• Attention to detail and able to work under pressure
• Good communicator and be able to handle high volume of calls
• Supply Chain and Rail experience- desirable
