About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build lasting relationships with customers, guiding them through their car-buying journey.
  • Showcase our impressive inventory of quality new, used and commercial vehicles matching customers with the right vehicle for their personal needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed sales targets with your winning attitude.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Drive and determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must have a full driving licence.

Required Criteria

  • At least 1 years previous experience in a sales environment working towards targets
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C including Maths and English
  • Full valid driving license required
  • A high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Be able to work independently and also as part of a team
  • Positive, confident, determined approach
  • Driven to meet targets
  • Time management skills
  • Strong planning and organisational skills

Desired Criteria

  • Experience of Kerridge or another CRM system would be advantageous
