One of our clients has given us advance notice of an upcoming SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Application Manager position
Location: On-site, South of London (1 hour)

Role/Responsibilities:
- Act as the internal lead and key point of knowledge for SAP S/4HANA across the business.
- Work across functions and territories to investigate and resolve complex SAP issues
- Build and maintain an internal SAP knowledge base covering key processes, system decisions, known issues, solutions, integrations and territory-specific requirements.
- Oversee the SAP AMS support service
- Ensure knowledge is transferred from AMS providers into the business
- Work with business teams and process owners to identify and prioritise opportunities to improve the use of S/4HANA and associated business processes.
- Support the assessment and delivery of SAP changes, enhancements and future projects, ensuring the wider end-to-end impact is understood.
- Maintain a clear view of SAP priorities, risks and improvement activity and provide regular updates to the Director of I.T.
