The Role:
We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to join this dynamic team. You’ll be the key point of contact for our valued trade buyers, ensuring a best-in-class experience from pre-sale engagement through to post-sale support.
You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of buyer satisfaction, building lasting relationships, and helping to drive continued sales growth through exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with trade buyers, ensuring clear communication throughout the buying journey.
- Ensure all auction processes and documentation are completed accurately and in line with company standards.
- Work closely with operational and administrative teams to maintain smooth auction performance.
- Assist in implementing initiatives to enhance buyer satisfaction and retention.
- Monitor performance and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Act as an ambassador for the business, upholding its reputation for transparency, quality, and trust.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or buyer support role, ideally within vehicle remarketing, automotive, or fleet environments.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Proactive problem solver with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfortable working with digital platforms and auction systems.
- A collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
